BEAUTIFUL AND LARGE OLD ANTIQUE (VICTORIAN) PINE BLANKET BOX/TRUNK/TABLE/STORAGE. OLD PINE TRUNK (stock 2358). Width = 117 cm Depth = 57 cm Height = 60 cm. Viewing available virtually anytime by appointment in our showroom. Please scroll to bottom of page. A lovely and large old pine trunk with good age to it and continental in origin. I would put it as late Victorian 1880 to 1900. Wax finished with a lovely old pine colour! A smart piece but enough character for the old pine fans – minor battle scars, a few minor repairs, old long dead (sorted during stripping) wood worm. Original hand made hinges and escutcheon. Ready to use and enjoy as storage or would make a great coffee table. This really is very nice indeed! If you are close to us, we might be able to reduce this further.
