Storage Trunk or Toy Box. Available stained in Dark Oak as shown or Antique Pine. Designed and created in our Warwickshire studio a lovely large rustic handmade wooden blanket box. It is made from new carefully sourced seasoned pine and handcrafted to be a sturdy, useful and long lasting piece of furniture. Unlike other similar products made from old pallets etc this box is made from new timber so it has no rot, woodworm, rusty nails or splinters. This handmade blanket box has been crafted to replicate the look of a vintage travel trunk. The top of the box is flat to provide a useful surface if you intend using it as a seat or as a TV Stand. The trunk has a metal hasp and metal handles for decoration and portability. It also has a retention chain so the lid won’t flip over backwards when opened fully. The box could be used for a multitude of purposes such as. TV stand, storage trunk, toy box or even a firewood/boot box. Stained Dark Oak and finished with several coats of wax to give it a lovely glow. Please specify the colour you would like when ordering. 100cm Long x 47cm Wide/Deep x 56cm High. Inside trunk 92cm Long x 39cm Deep x 52cm High. This trunk is made to order. Please allow up to 20. For your order to be made but it will probably be quicker than that and we use a next day courier.
